In the course of the week I do a lot of moving up and down to Piper Community Hall through Kingston bus stops and Cromwell bus stop to help teach English language to refugees. About two or three times a week I go out in the evening to Bible lessons and prayers.
Once I’ve gone up the twenty-eight steps to my flat I feel very exhausted. To go down and back up again is strenuous and tiring. Ultimately I have no other choice than to relax the rest of the evening.
Since I am always lonely the rest of the day, this mode of relaxing could be considered a form of stress release. It also helps to while away time as my wife cooks supper.
